Welcome to Happy Hour, a flexible and cost-effective way to enjoy Group Fitness without the need for a commitment or commute. Whether you prefer participating in Live Group Fitness classes from the comfort of your home or exploring our pre-recorded library and one-on-one sessions, you'll receive a personalized workout tailored to your individual needs.


At Happy Hour, we offer a variety of classes including Barre, Yoga, and Pilates.


Barre is a ballet-inspired workout that targets your entire body using sustained, micro movements. You'll experience a challenging workout that leaves you energized and empowered, with no prior dance experience required. While you will experience the burn and shake typical of this workout, the most rewarding aspect is discovering your inner ballerina. 


Pilates is a mat-based exercise that enhances muscle length, strength, and flexibility, while offering both rehabilitative and preventative benefits. This class is designed to build and shape your muscles, with a special focus on core strength.


Yoga combines gentle movements with stretching and breathing exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all experience levels, our Yoga classes provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.


We also offer Freestyle! which is a fun combination of Barre and Pilates, and different each time. A Dose of Cardio is another specialty of ours, encompassing the principles of each mind and body class, but at an upbeat pace to ensure cardio endurance building. Core is a morning class we offer, focusing on ab and mid body work for 45 minutes . Booty Burn prioritizes the lifting and sculpting of your booty and legs!
